4. SMS & Text Message Communications

SMS / Text Message Program

Habayit Home Away From Home may send SMS/MMS text messages to individuals who have expressly consented to receive them. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages, including updates, program information, and news about our services, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about applicable charges.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to you unless you re-enroll.

Consent is NOT a condition of receiving our services. Your decision to opt in or opt out of SMS communications will have no effect on your eligibility for or access to any of Habayit's programs or services.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro PCS, and other U.S. wireless carriers.
Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS opt-in consent is collected separately from other forms of consent on our contact form.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

      No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

With your knowledge and consent, we may share relevant information with partner agencies, social service providers, housing authorities, or community organizations in order to coordinate services on your behalf. We will always inform you before sharing your information with any outside party.
